The HVAC Monograph cutting machine is a robust high-quality CNC control-led cutting machine, suitable for economical and good quality cutting of metals up to 6mm.

MachineconstructionThe HVAC Monograph has a single-unit construction; the machine, rail and cutting table are one integral construction. This compact design enhances the stiffness of  machine and floor space efficiency.

The deep design of the table with rear exhaust allows maximum fume extraction. Positioning accuracy is facilitated through the use of precision Servo Motors and Planetary Gears  attached directly to the Rack and Pinion. This design is extremely reliable and offers a high positioning accuracy, with near  zero backlash in the gears, and traverse speeds of up to 36.000mm/min.

The combination of the latest CNC technology, Hypertherm plasma system Powermax 1000, robust frame construc-tion and ease of use are creating the  economical cutting machine for HVAC applications.
